THE PROCESS FOR SUCCESSFUL COLLECTION
- HANDOVER - Requires a minimum of at least a contact number, vehicle registration number or an ID number of the other driver (defendant).
- TRACE DEFENDANT - Our specialist tracing methods will locate and find the defendant.
- CONTACT - With advanced communication techniques our dedicated team of incentivised inhouse and external recovery agents we will contact the defendant to demand payment.
- LEGAL STEPS -The legal process through partner law firms will start concurrently with the contact phase, starting among others with a legal notice, summons and judgment.
- PAYMENT RECEIVED - A defendant will have the opportunity to settle the amount owing in full or enter an appropriate repayment arrangement.
- TRUST ACCOUNT - All payments received from the defendant are electronically deposited into a trust account.
- DISTRIBUTIONS - Distributions from the trust account are done monthly in accordance with the agreed distribution percentage.
