My Law SA is a niche debt collector specialising in debt collection on behalf of Car- and Homeowners.
The company was established in 2016 by a team of experts in the collection of debt environment. We are registered with and regulated by The Council for Debt Collectors (CfDC).
Our unique model is based on the principle that clients (claimants) only pay a percentage commission on successful collection from the guilty party (defendant) – NO SUCCESS, NO FEE.
Debt collection is time consuming and has become a specialized field.
Our success lies in our use of specialist tracing methods and in the continuous follow-up and pressure on the defendant to admit liability and eventually settle the debt, although sometimes in instalments.
Concurrent with our communication and follow-up strategies, we also initiate a legal process of collections with partner law firms to put further pressure on the defendant.
